While I'm working my ass off, one of them is collecting more than I make each day by sitting on her fat ass watching TV and drinking. The other is "trying to find a job" but seems to be applying for ones out of her league.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-43584993911003781072010-11-12T14:17:57.706-08:002010-11-12T14:17:57.706-08:00hahaha LOVE IT. I pay almost half of my income to the government every year. back when I was 16 and had my first job at mcdonalds, I was getting paid $6/hr still having to pay taxes on top of that while my welfare friend got $200 every other week. that was way more than I could have made if I was full time at mcdonalds. it's retarded. how do you expect these welfare ppl to get off welfare the more you give them?noonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16454697807016901341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-4588628699580560912010-11-12T11:29:02.909-08:002010-11-12T11:29:02.909-08:00Preach it! :) This was a good read!Preach it! :) This was a good read!Leannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02167394348768146929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-54297554847373834532010-11-12T08:57:18.334-08:002010-11-12T08:57:18.334-08:00Coming from a parent who used the welfare system w...Coming from a parent who used the welfare system when she needed it and got off of it the second she didn't need a leg up anymore, I aways want to defend it - but I have trouble defending something that is so piss-poorly run. With the number of people who take advantage of the welfare system overshadowing the number of people who legitimately need it while they better their situations, I think it's in need of one serious overhaul.Jashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15715933879509916904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-27179316081173875892010-11-11T13:27:27.149-08:002010-11-11T13:27:27.149-08:00P.S. i think that the government is right, that af...P.S. i think that the government is right, that after refusing so many jobs and being on benefits unnecessarily for years, they should be refused benefits. It's not fair to the people who pay tax for these people to sit on their buts all day watching Jeremy Kyle.

Great post idea, great topic, very interesting.Alice Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16126775978614384719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-27529446952288623902010-11-11T13:21:35.524-08:002010-11-11T13:21:35.524-08:00I answered D, welcome to the the real world huh!
...I answered D, welcome to the the real world huh!

I agree that some people abuse the system and use handouts as an excuse to be lazy, however here in the UK we have Job seekers allowance, which isn't a lot believe me, and although you get a lot of wasters abusing the system for the people who work really hard and just got made redundant in the recession it can be a life saver. I think there's definitely some flaws that need to be ironed out but for the people who have paid tax all there lives i think they are entitled to a little something when the fall on hard times.Alice Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16126775978614384719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-76422353369409137752010-11-11T12:43:29.627-08:002010-11-11T12:43:29.627-08:00crikey....we've always had unemployment benefi...crikey....we've always had unemployment benefits and there is no doubt it is a contentious issue...in saying that though, there is a skills shortage in oz, unemployment is less than 5% and we haven't got enough workers - particularly people with professional/ trade skills.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6978179052656290766.post-57156498839225827932010-11-11T12:10:11.678-08:002010-11-11T12:10:11.678-08:00Nicely put Matthew! ...I think answer A was the most correct of any. :P

"Private value" comes from people working projects and making them value and consequently driving the value of the companies they work for (or start). However, money comes from the federal reserve. Value comes from the hardworking American! They simply steal the value from our dollars and use it to buy treasury bonds in affect forcing us to buy treasury bonds with no ownership! :P So I guess your answer was actually correct anyway. :P :P

It's a crazy worldMatthewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03718242098107558239noreply@blogger.com
